More Than a Vacation Home

For John and Jared, hosting is personal.

We own and personally manage our vacation properties, and we enjoy creating comfortable, welcoming places where guests can relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Our properties are located in some of our favorite destinations, including Puerto Vallarta, Rocky Point/Puerto Peñasco, Munds Park.

Each home has its own personality, but every property is cared for with the same attention to detail, comfort, and guest experience.

Because we manage our own properties, we stay closely involved in every part of the process—from preparing the home before arrival to communicating with guests throughout their stay.

We believe a great vacation rental should feel more personal than simply checking into a place to sleep. It should feel welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared.

We’re grateful to share our homes with our guests and look

forward to helping make each stay a memorable one.
